By accessing or using Chorus AI, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual property
The service, including its content, software, branding, and design, is owned by Chorus AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. No warranty
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chorus AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
